Complaint regarding holiday club membership services

During our visit to Mussorrie, my husband and I were approached by a representative offering a voucher for a membership with Evershine Holidays club. They explained that we could pay 49, 950/- in installments over two years without any additional charges. They also assured us that we would have access to high-quality 4-star or 5-star hotels with breakfast and dinner included (MAP plan). We agreed to the offer and made the purchase. However, when the payments were deducted, they were based on a one-year installment plan instead of the promised two years. We didn’t initially confront them about this discrepancy.
The main issue we encountered is the constant harassment from their staff members, whenever we tried to book a hotel. They demanded Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) every time, despite it not being mentioned during the sales presentation. Out of the 22 hotel nights included in the package, we have only utilized three so far and 19 nights left and each booking has been filled with problems. Sometimes they had difficulties with the booking process and on other occasions, they even canceled our dinner reservations. Furthermore, the properties they provided were not up to the promised 4-star or 5-star standard.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction and questioned their behavior, they responded rudely and claimed that the company has now closed. Moreover, they are continuously saying do what you can do. We are extremely frustrated with their services. We kindly request either a refund of our payment or the provision of the amenities and services originally promised to us when we purchased the package.
