On 03-July-2021, I received a call from ICICI Bank, about the transferring my current home loan from LIC HF to ICICI.
I was on a look out for better Rate & a Top up, so I have uploaded all the required documents and filled up the details as required online, I even got a letter for provisionally approval, the customer care executive has inform me the further activities will be taken care by there field executives who will reach me with in 1-2 days. I have deposited Rs. 3717 as processing fee. But after that there were number of communication happens, documents were exchanged. But one fine day Mr. Mxxxxxj total me that they will not be able to provide you with topup. So since then I am demanding my money back and they are just giving me assurance. I have communicated them via mail, Tutter & Whatapp
