Complaint regarding hotel booking through agoda.com

I online booked hotel in www.agoda.com website for Mount Abu for dated of 22-10-2017 and paid Amt. of Rs. 2485/- money by debit card and they confirmed my booking for hotel named “Chaudhary P. G. House” in Mt. Abu, Address : Saint Mary’s School Road, Major District Road, Mount Abu. But when we reach at that address There is no named hotel exist in Mount Abu. We inquiry to local person for but they said there is no named hotel in Mt. Abu. We stuck there with family. There is no Contact no. and responsible for person for heard my complaint. please do need ful for it and take actions against Chaudhary P. G. House Hotel and www.agoda.come website for refund my money.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
