Few days ago I purchased a laptop . after few days the screen got a little amount of black dots. day by day it is increasing . I purchased it from shop. I went there a nd asked help for the problem then they said that is usual contact hp service center. I contacted them , then they asked a huge number of question for 3 or four time. then they said you warrenty is incorrect . after spending a whole day they said they will correct it in 24-48 hours. and then i cann apply for screen damage appeal also he said a tecnical guy visit your place to cure the problem …after 48 hours i contact them for my actual problem the automatic screen damaged. they said that is physical damaged,if it is physical how it is increasing i said that then thet said you kept book or something on it. i said no i uses a different backpack for it… they ruined my 3 days and harrased me for none,,, it’s in on warrenty now but still they are not curing the screen. plese help me out from the problem.
