Complaint regarding IDFC First loan pre-closure

I awailed business loan from CAPITAL FIRST now IDFC FIRST bank in 2018 , I paid all EMI in time ,I now want to forclose my loan from last one month , I asked for foreclosure amount from 23 JANUARY 2020, but still till 25 February they are not giving amount , I called them more than 5 times , everytime they told it is in process , I could not understand why they behave such a low level with customer, I guess they dont want to close loan and enjoy interest, or they have poor customer service department , pl do need ful at the earliest

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
