I have bought Inalsa Chimney for kitchen. on dtd. 19.05.24 fire occurs in the chimney. We have called to customer care and representative came on dtd. 20.05.24. Service engineer informed to service centre over phone that the fault occurs in PCB. After that service centre refused to repair the chimney under warranty.
Inalsa commited lifetime warranty & refused to provide the service within 18months of purchase.
