Complaint regarding Indigo IVR payment option not working

Sir,  I bring your attention towards IVR payment option of INDIGO airlines which is facility given for making payment of flight tickets through credit card on IVR. In which convenience fee(? 300 per passenger)is not charged. Always payment was declined by the system we have tried on 15 to 16 Aug 20 , 6  to 7 hour and  05 sep 20, 2 hour but failed all time. After telling many times no positive action taken from their side even not taking complaint, they trying payment will be done through other means so that convenience can be charged. They making fool to customers and wasting their time. Plz look in this matter.

    Sir, you are 100% right regarding indigo IVR payment. I have faced same issue twice, i thought it may be bank issue. But after pre-generating OTP also, transaction declined. I have attempted several time with correct card details. But declined. I think customer representatives declines payment willingly for conveniance fee. Very pathetic experience.

    Same issue i have observed multiple times, even i have tried multiple bank credit cards but all declined and they mention check with the bank for these declined transactions.

    IVR PAYMENTS NOT TAKEN BY AIR LINES, INDIGO ALSO NOT ACCEPTING IVR PAYMENT BUT THEY DON’T ACCEPT IT ALWAYS THROUGH BALL IN YOUR COURT AND TOLD PROBLEM IS FROM CUSTOMER BANK.
    AIR INDIA ACCEPTED THAT THEY NOT TAKING PAYMENT THROUGH IVR SINCE COVID 19 SPREAD.
