Complaint regarding installation of Jio Fiber connection

Deals in jio fiber installation. Value: 1000rs

Dear team,

Jio fiber request is raised through online mode on 23rd Feb 2024 and payment is also success of 1000 rs But no employee visit till time at address. Local team is denied to install device reason being request is raised online not from there side.

Please look into this and help for resolution.
