I have ordered my New airtel bordband connection on 4/03/2021 . And on the same day i recieved one message from airtel which is ‘i will recived one call from installation team’ but i didn’t received any call or message from airtel. So i did call to airtel customer service and ask them for delay , they told me as per policy within 72 hours i will receive my new connection . But theuly didn’t give me. After that I file one complaint on 7/03/2021 and they want 24 hours for installation from me. After 24 hours menas 8/03/2021 i didn’t received call from airtel then next day i did contact to their senior supervisor mam and she’s promised me and want again 24 hours for installation . And still not received any positive response from airtel services. Overall they distrub their costomers by mentally harrassment. I request to you please file complaint again AIRTEL . still i didn’t received my new connection
