I have bought a new Hitachi Split AC ( Hitachi Split AC RAS512KWDSE173C10634) in April which was a faulty piece as compressor was at fault and pump was also malfunctioning. Hence I complained to replace the product with a new one. After a month of harassment I received my new AC 5 days back. It has been 5 days from when I am constantly requesting customer care and the local people to install the product. The matter of fact is that no one is even bothered to resolve the issue and are delaying it further and further. I have been charged with the transportation cost too, which I should not be liable to pay, bit still I am all right with that as all I want is to get the product installed and working. I am immensely harassed by the service of Hitachi. Request some help on this.
