Complaint regarding internet broad band connection from Excitel

Monthly Recharge for 820, plus installation charges worth Rs 4000. I am using the internet broad band connection from Excitel. On 6 July 2021 internet stopped working. I raised a complaint with customer care # 6212872. I was advised that the ground team would visit and it would be resolved in 24 hrs. Its been 72 hrs and no one has visited. I have made numerous calls to customer care. I work from home and hence need internet. This has impacted my work severely. Please can you look into this.
