This regarding denial of service by a local internet provider, AIRLINK. I made my first complaint on Jun 2nd, and according to waiting period I waited for 3 days.There was no response just a message saying my complaint is registered.
Also i tried to submit complaint using their website which is not accepting complaints. They have a form to fill in details but that’s it,its not submitting my complaint..
After that I tried to contact their agent who was very active when my plan got expired and i had to recharge, it took him 3 days to pick my call.. I told him the issue and he blamed it on covid and said he will look into it..
Its been 3 days since that conversation,he has blocked my number, I also made a complaint to their nodal officer but i got no response…
I am feeling helpless this is Denial of Service..
I have all the proofs but i need help.
