My problem is still not fixed only by factory resetting the phone the problem is not resolved the problem is in the hardware of your phone. Sifted on IOS for the first time but your service is not perfect at all, every time on calling the service center different people come, everyone is told the same problem again from the beginning. Worst iPhone buying decision ever.
