I ordered iphone 5s on 12th May, 2017 through Ebay.com and i received the iphone on 07th June, 2017 and the iphon just worked for 3 days only and got OFF on 10th June, 2017 after that it did not get on so i contacted ebay customer they advised me to contact seller so i send an email to seller and tried to call him several times. The seller replied my email on 30th June, 2017 to send the iphone back to their office and they will provide me replacement, so i sent the iphone to their office which got delivered at their office on 12th July, 2017 since that day i am trying to call seller on call plus i sent many email but he is not responding than i chat with ebay customer care again and they are forcing me contact seller while seller is not asnwering neither by email nor by phone call. i waiting for a long time than i am filing this complain since the seller is cheating the online customers. the iphone i received containing IMEI no. 357xxxxxxxxx876 is not tracable at apple website and if you cheack the imei online you will come to know that this device is a blacklisted category device which seller has done manipulation in its IMEI than through EBay.com he is making fool to online customers by providing malfuctioning device by claiming it original, new or brand new and the seller is so un responsive and i feel like i got cheated. pls help me out asap.
