I raised a ticket to LG when my new ac stopped working after 10 days of installation, I have been chaising them from past 20 days for replacement of the product but they are forcing me to repair the brand new ac. They already visited my place and confirmed that the issue is there but still they are not replacing the new product. I am very much mentally harrashed by this. Can you please help me on this? i will be very thankful to you.
