I purchased a Mi TV on 07/10/2018 and along with that I purchased an extended warranty on 10/10/2018 from Jeeves (flipkart) for a period from 06/10/2019 – 06/10/2021.
Recently I am facing trouble with my TV which is not powering on, I have tried reaching out to Jeeves multiple times in last 1 week and they are only passing my call from one to another and many at times they disconnected the call without logging my issue. I have sent them 3 emails for the same issue. I even tweeted it but still they only reply saying that they will look into the matter and sort it out but not helping me with an engineer visit to come and solve the issue.
Its more like harassign me mentally than providing me a solution to my issue.
