Complaint regarding Jio Airfiber network issues

Jio Airfiber network issues. Despite complaining about the network related problem continuously from 4 October 2024, they have been postponing it till 9 October 2024 by just saying tomorrow and I have had to recharge another network for a total of ?1800 every day at the rate of Rs 300 to use the internet. Please take appropriate action.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Yepme – Rs.1,280/-: Mr. Sudhir Jena, Shillong, Meghalaya 793014 (drsudhirkumarjena[at]gmail.com) booked one item through online on dated 04/04/2013 vide order no is 1870949 which was not delivered even after repeated complaints. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
