I took the Jio Fiber connection in the month of July 2022. Initially there was an issue regarding cable routing, I was assured by the team Jio and area manager Mr. Mxxxxh that they will fix their distribution box to the first floor within 15 days. For the time being they routed cable from right side of the duct of the same tower to the left side near to flat. This routing is long and passing overhead duct on the roof top which objected by builders and society members. Now it is almost 5 months over nothing have been done though I informed the team Jio. I again did a complain to the area manager he suggested to log a complain, I logged a complain vide reference no. SRxxxxxB and ,technician visited first they denied saying this could not be done and closed the case. again when I received a call from your department regarding feed back I narrated the whole story again the opened this SR No.
Again I received the call from your technician he confirm about the issue and said he will see but nothing happened no one visited or contacted in person yesterday I took leave for the same work I was in the home. Again I received the call saying your work done and call closed I said it is not done.no one contacted. It is
requested to kindly send your any responsible person to see the routing of the cables how pathetic at the same time compare with GTPL and Airtel how they routed, but Jio Fiber network service provider be in the top did nothing. It is requested you to kindly look in to this matter and do the needful, inform me accordingly. So that I can escalate this issue further.

I have an issue regarding underground jio fibre wire
I took jio fiber in the year 2020, at the time of connection they took deposit Rs2500 of money for divices (router & setup box). They said that any service issues regarding my divices we will repair for you at free of cost, at the time of closing will give you back amount of Rs 2500. Now I got a issue of setup box on 30 Nov 2023 i raised complaint and I called multiple times to call customer service, today is 18 th Dec 2023 still no one given proper response. Getting messages every day engeneer coming to home to resolve the issue. It’s a very bad experience with jio.
