Complaint regarding Jio Fiber Installation Delay

Booked Jio Fiber Internet Connection on 26th December 2023 As they have completed the necessary protocols of KYC and I paid 4260/- Rupees for the internet connection I received the order id in message and They Told Me that They will install the internet connection on 27th December 2023 with in a time slot of 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm but till now they didn’t even call and told us anything as I called to the KYC person he is telling that he has no info about it and don’t ask about it.

I tried to call the customer care but the customer care is declining my call

My request is that don’t give any false promises
