I was facing issue with Internet connection. I raised complaint for issue , it was closed without fixing. I followed up couple of times but no resolution (after 1.5 month follow-up). My balanced lapse during this time without using internet.
I raised closure request, but no action taken, I am demanding my deposit against modem and set top box, but they are evading to take request in consideration by mention different reasons (like give us opportunity to look into issue). I clearly mentioned that i want to close the connection but they are avoiding. I do not know how I’ll get my refund if they do not submit the request.
This is very wrong practice from such big company to avoid taking request. People keep on wasting their time in follow-ups. So as final resort I am reaching to consumer forum.
