I use a jiofi device with jio no on 8 October 2016. After 3-4months the speed started to decrease and I complained about the issue. There was no proper response many times. In July 2017, when I said about the reduced speed they assured me to solve the issue within 120days by installing a new tower. I trusted these guys and ever since I have been recharging the 3 months plan. Now I am facing extreme poor Network from a month which caused me huge loss since I was not able to access Internet during urgent situations. This also caused me a huge mental harassment. From may 24th onwards I am facing 0 network coverage most of the time and when I contacted the customer service they are now saying that they cannot say when the problem can be solved. I still got 30days remaining and when I asked for the refund they said such option is not available. These guys stole my money assuring best networks and also caused huge mental stress and harassment and other financial losses. Kindly help me to get compensation for this issue
