Complaint regarding job fraud and demand for money

They offered me the job of form filling but when i completed the job and submitted the work they said that all forms are wrong and they charged me a penality of 10550 and filed a complaint against me and for closing it they are saying to me to pay 23550 and they are blackmailing me by getting afraid i have paid 10550 but there was not my mistake as i am having proof but they are not stoping to blackmailing me they are saying to pay the fine or the police will arrest me or i have to pay large sum of money and they have made the scam with me by making the agreement that i should not make any complaint against them please help me.
