Complaint regarding job frauds

I got fraud from a company Riseonic core Pvt Ltd. Tilak Nagar loacted in delhi they cheat the employee by taking money against registration that is refundable and they say that you should do a P.D. course and they will charge for this course after taking interview they say that P. D. coursr is mandatory. This is an illegal process to take any amount against the resgistration or any course. I think many this is fraud of many employees.

Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
