Complaint regarding job offer from typingtask

I have been cheated from the online company typingtask.com,they told me that i have to fill 700 forms in 7days. and i will get 35rs. on each form i will fill..but i got to know that tbey are fraud so i refused to do the work now they are blackmailing me that they will go for court and i gave to pay the penality of 4000rs to them. Please help…
