On 22/04/18, I registered on shine.com in search of a new job. But on 23/04/18, I received a call from one Mr.Rxxxxl Vxxxxxa who claimed he was from shine.com saying that my registration was incomplete and that he would guide me to complete the process. I trusted him and we began the process during which he told me to log into naukriplus.in along with the password & then make some payments at which I refused initially but later agreed since he told me that the entire process was invalid if I did not pay. I hesitantly made the payments & ended up paying Rs 58633/- after he assured me of interviews from good companies with specific dates & the associated job. Having waited for over a month without any progress, I called them up to seek refund as they failed to provide me any job till date as promised. On this, I was asked to pay extra Rs.6000/- as cancellation charges to which I, have refused realizing that I have already been duped. Throughout the process I have been in contact with their nos which are still active.
There has been no reply from their email id. I do have the proofs of my payments made from my 3 different accounts. Request to take stern action against naukriplus.in so that i can get my hard earned money back.
