Complaint regarding job services from careerhope

I am looking for job change now, Yesterday I received call from www.careerhope.in they told them-self as genuine recruiter firm they said your profile matched with our clients they interested to recruit you but for that you need register in career hope site they told I also registered during the registration they asked me to 4500 RS to process my profile I also paid because they said we are genuine recruiter firm we will give required document after the registration. After I paid the amount for registration one their senior person name called Mohit called me and he told our client are expecting verified profile so you need to verify your job profile and education profile so for that you need to pay 12999 RS and its refundable I asked what is proof for that for they did not give the correct answer then only you can attend the interview but they did not said this to me during the registration after I paid the registration fee they are telling this to me. Since i do not money to pay for it I said I do not have money please arrange the interview with profile verification why because they can all to previous organization an they can verify my professional experience also they can verify my education details through my university site for that no need to pay any money but they did not listen me then said will call you after some time just arrange the money for profile verification but i am not okay with that so raised refund request to them they did not responded me also called them they said concern person (Mohit) will call you after 30 mins but I did not received call from him.  Based on their refund policy if person who paid them raised refund request with in 24 hrs they should return the amount back to the paid person. I raised my refund request with in 24 hrs but no response received from them.
Please help me to get my money back for its a huge amount in this pandemic situation I don’t know how many people like got cheated by them till now. So please take immediate action on them and help me to get my money back as well stop them before they cheating others.
