I have a kenstar geyser and it is not working since Aug 18 so I logged a complaint on 25th sep with a complaint number and after many follow up technician visited my place on 23rd sep and told me that an element is faulty and will be replaced with in 2 to 3 days. I have waited till 27th but no one turned up and I have started taking follow up with their customer care but nothing happened. Every time when I call call center they give me a new number to take follow up and when I call to that number no one pickup the call.
