I bought the kent water purifier on april-25th,2016. After I bought, last one year i have got issues with machine for every two months. I have raised complaints with Kent to replace the machine. But the response from kent is very bad. The product having zero quality. The service is very poor. I got the repair in February , 2017. They replaced with very cheap products. When i raised complaint, no response from Kent. Recently machine got issue april 20th.,2017. I raised the issue same date. The service guy came very late on may-5th, 2017. And he served and charged me 8000 Rs unnecessarily even though i raised complaint in warranty period. I request you to please help me in this.
