I ordered a mobile ( infinix note 30 5g sunsetgold , 256gb ) with my old phone ( oppo reno 2f ) exchange . the product is out for delivery on monday , october – 16 ..i flipkart site they gave contact number 040 4963 3006 as contact info.. i called the number and they replied wait for 6 pm oct,16 later i called to that number several times but they did not pick the call…i mentioned my delivery address as office address as they will be delivered on office hours. upto 6pm i waited for delivery later i contacted with customer care and they replied to wait for 7pm..again at 7pm i contacted with customer care and they again told to wait for 9pm at the specifed office address, but i did not get it delivered by yesterday…and on 17/10/2023 i called to customercare and they told that i will get return call by 10:30 but i did not get…after 1 hour i called again customer care and they gave delivery boy contact number for early delivery …i called that number for several times but he did not even pick my call and i did not get return call too.
Llater i contacted with customer care and they said it was not updated in site and we don’t know who gave you that number…and also told yesterday your delivery has been postponed to deliver by 17/10/2023 without my concern and without intimating me….i asked them is it here a 100% chance to deliver it by today(17/10/2023) and they other answer that i had to wait till 21/10/2023…..because of this bad performance of delivery i lost my patience and i have waited till 9 pm on 16/10/2023 for delivery at my office address i got body sick…i got headache too by thier answers …..please look into it compensate me whatever possible by flipkart so that they also came to know that product has to be delivered by promising date………………………..i beg you you take necessary action in this… thank you sir
