Complaint regarding Le Eco TV servicing

I have purchased Le eco 55″ TV from flipkart in nov-16. In April 2017 the TV panel developed two lines and I made a complaint through indiasupport[@]le.com. The authorised service man visited my house 0n 22/05/17. Complaint no: 13822. He assured that the TV will be replaced in 15 days. The Le eco company told that there is no stock. Once they receive the stock, they will replace the TV. But, in Sep-17, I came to know from the Bangalore Le eco service center that they have stock of the TV. They even got my old tv packed for replacement. But the Le eco company is delaying replacement for no reason. They do not receive the phone or reply to emails. Please take necessary action against the company.
