Complaint regarding Lenovo K3 Note mobile service

My mobile purchased 28-09-2016. 1st I am going lenova service center (Hyderabad in kukatpally). I am given below attached Lenovo service order slip(mother board issue). Put in your service center 25 days. After 10days (2nd time)again I am given my mobile in your service center but is manual job sheet filled.plz solve my problem.
