Complaint regarding Lenovo Vibe K5 service

On 2nd of Dcember 2016, i ordered a LENOVO VIBE K5 Android phone through online Shopping and in due time, i received the product. The order no is-40289793336210725. The phone belong to the Warranty Period. Just before three weeks , i found that the display was not functioning properly, sreen was rolling, it was very difficult find a contact numbers also.
So, I visited Durgapur SErvice Center:The Mobile Unique-STE.
UCP ). I submitted my phone to the service centre on 20/7/2017, at 12.52pm. the sevice centre never pick-up the phone.
After 12 days, again i visited the service centre and very casually the receptionist told me that they require more 7-8days

If the company can not give the sevive properly to the customer, theyn , they should stop selling product. it is nothig but harassment

I request you to sort out my problem and take action against this service center.
