Miserable service by Livpure in AMC. Value: 5500
I have a Livpure RO water purifier. I have been reviewing the AMC for this every year in April. Last year too the AMC was renewed. At the time they promise prompt service as per my availability as part of AMC along with filter replacements. However, I have not received any service since last 8 months. I have registered multiple service requests but no one had turned up. So much so that I am unable to use the water purifier and have to resort to booking water. Livpure needs to ensure they compensate me amicably or take the machine back.
