Complaint regarding loan payment update by Dhani App

I Have Taken One Freedom Card From Dhani But On 12/10/2021 I Paid My Loan EMI Of 1567/- Rs Two Times Continuous But My Payment Not Updated In Dhani App. I Called Customer Care He Told Me That Your KYC Is Incomplete Please Complete Online And Your About Will Be Updated After KYC Update But After That My Paid EMI Not Update In App I mail  Many Time To Dhani But No Reply Given By Dhani And Whenever I Called Customer Care They Do Only fake Commitment To Resolve Issue. When Next Month My EMI Started But My Paid EMI Not Updated In November Month Also Then I Paid My EMI Which Is Showing Pending In November Month But After That I Found That Dhani Reported Delay Payment In CIBIL So That Reason My Score Reduce 51 Point. There Is Much More Issue Please Help Me So That I Can Rise Complaint RBI Against Dhaani So That No other People Face This Type Issue
