This is about a significant issue I have encountered with my Mi 11 Ultra mobile device, which I purchased on July 20, 2021, for INR 71,198. Initially, everything functioned smoothly, but after the warranty expired, the device’s Wi-Fi functionality ceased to operate. Despite extensive troubleshooting and seeking solutions from Xiaomi, I was left disappointed due to the expired warranty.
Subsequently, I went to the assistance from third-party repair services, which temporarily resolved the issue. However, it became evident that my device suffered from a significant manufacturing fault, as confirmed by Xiaomi officials. Regrettably, after few months my mobile eventually became unusable.
This issue is not isolated to my device alone; numerous Mi 11 Ultra users have encountered similar problems. As a consumer, I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the product, particularly considering the premium price I paid for it. It was disheartening to experience such a disappointing outcome with my first premium mobile purchase.
Upon learning about Xiaomi’s offer to exchange faulty Mi 11 Ultra devices with new models, I eagerly sought to avail myself of this opportunity. However, despite multiple attempts to engage with Xiaomi’s Customer Care and Chat support channels, I have received no response.
My hard-earned money has been wasted due to the manufacturing fault , and I am left with a non-functional device due to a manufacturing fault acknowledged by Xiaomi.
Just seeking for a solution to facilitate the exchange of my faulty Mi 11 Ultra for a new Xiaomi model OR for a full refund, as per the official statement made by Xiaomi’s President.
