I purchased a new mi 5a mobile on 14th of April 2018. From last 2 months it has the worst battery back up even with stand by mode. I have visited two different Authorised mi service centres. Both the service centre people have not resolved my issue and are not ready to share the updated job sheet. They have made me visit the service centre 8 times still my issues being unresolved. They have been telling that they have replaced my battery as it covers in the warranty of the product but fails to share the job sheet details. They have the worst customer interaction at the service centre. I’m completely dissatisfied with the product, Brand “MI” and their customer care services.
