we booked this agency to transport our household items from Pune to Aurangabad on 1st April 2018. Initially they given quotation of Rs. 24000/-. But while packing, they told that we have to pay Rs. 34,000/- (incl. GST & Insurance). We have no option but to agree. In between, the concern person, Mr. Sxxxxl, took the quotation copy from us to prepare invoice. We gave the keys to him & left. He said they will pack and send the materials by evening and we will get the same next day (2nd April). By night, they sent an Invoice of Rs. 43,540/- in whatsapp. When we asked, why the amount is so high from what we agreed, they said, we have to pay, else they will not deliver the items. After negotiations, we paid Rs. 41,000/-. Next day they deliver the items, where so many things were missing, they asked us to open the box and later confirm. we opend entire boxes, and found items missing of nearly Rs. 20,800/-. We told them, after several followup, they went to the old (pune) house, and collect few of them (most of the itmes are untracable). They damaged itmes of nearly Rs. 16,000/-. We cover the insurance, but they didn’t give us any insurance paper. After so many request, they made a forged document and sent the soft copy. They forges our signature also, as we didn’t signed any such document.
