I have ordered a smart watch for my father in 2-dec-23, i have received the product on 3-dec-23, but when I open ed the box I found that the charging cable was missing from the package.
For which I have raised a complaint on that same movement, but the concerned person asked me call back on 7-dec-23 regarding the status of the same, but when I gave them a call on 7-dec-23 they denied to help me out on this and told that you are lying as we have send the same with the watch
It’s like I have purchased different products from the Amazon prime shopping portal much expensive than this watch but never faced such issue but this time I have been facing trouble in getting the help for the same.
Request you to kindly help me out on this.
