Complaint regarding mobikwik wallet transfer

I added rs2300 from my bank account to mobikwik wallet. The money is deducted from my account on 10th august but not updated to my mobikwik wallet… And i am filing complaints regarding the matter from my mobikwik app but it is not processing… Wat to do…
