Complaint regarding money back plan rejected by Nobroker

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against NoBroker.com regarding the rejection of my refund request for their Money Back Plan. Despite having subscribed to the plan with the understanding that I would be entitled to a refund under the stated terms, my request has been unjustly declined.
I signed up for the Money Back Plan with the expectation that if I was not satisfied with the services, I would receive a refund as per the advertised terms. However, after attempting to claim my refund, I was informed that my request was not eligible due to terms and conditions that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
The key issue here is that NoBroker.com has introduced additional and hidden terms and conditions that were not communicated to me when I signed up for the plan. These undisclosed terms have been used to reject my refund, and I believe this constitutes unfair business practice and misrepresentation.
To provide further clarity, I am requesting the following:
1. A detailed explanation of the reasons for the rejection of my refund, along with any hidden terms and conditions that were not made transparent at the time of my subscription.
2. A full refund as per the original terms of the Money Back Plan, as I was led to believe these terms applied when I signed up for the service.
