Complaint regarding Moto 4G plus service delay

MOTO 4G Plus submitted to repair with document no. SRGJR1991707260001. before two months to BEFORE TWO MONTHS TO SUNANIYA ELECTRONICS HARDA(MP). But till now they unable to repair it. Why too much time taken? Who will responsible. If not repaired then company should get replacement. Injustice then I will go to Indian Conumer Forum. PLZ.

Complaint against Hindustan Lever Pureit. Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.

Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.380/- : Manash Nath of Shillong, MEGHALAYA placed an order with Homeshop18 on 19-10-2014 but he neither got the product nor the money. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai.
