I bought a Moto g4 plus 32gb varient in December 2016 and I stated facing many problems by May which included screen autowork during charge, no charge storing, longer charge time, over heating, hanging, camera app not responding and many more minor issues. I submitted the phone on 2nd June in the motorola service center in Jabalpur and they told me that the phone will get repaired within 20 to 25 days. I went to the center on 24th and they said that the repair hadn’t started yet because the company has kept the servers down which will be back by 26th. After that I called them on 4th July and then they said “Sorry sir, but the parts haven’t arrived yet” while the guy on customer care said that the parts were delivered to the service center. When I told the customer care guy the same thing, he told me that someone from there “Technical” team will contact me within 48 hrs. This thing of a team giy calling was told to me more than 5 times in June and no one contacted me. No one! Now the service center people are not answering me and I am not getting any help from motorola.
