I purchased Motorola E4 plus on 09.11.2017. After few days the 4g volte facility in my mobile was not supporting. I was not able to make any calls. I was not receiving any calls also. I gave my phone to Thillainagar, Tamilnadu service centre. They took my phone and after returning the phone after 12 days I found the problem to be solved but the imei number changed. They did not confirm whether they changed the motherboard of the said mobile. But from today 15.12.2017 I am facing the same problem again. I request Motorola to replace my mobile.
