Complaint regarding Motorola G4 service

I had purchased a Moto G4+ model from QRS Retail Limted, Trivandrum, Kerala on 19.04.2017 with invoice number 027817. The phone was used by me for normal domestic purpose of calling and data. On 21.11.2017 the phone turned off even when battery was having sufficient charge. I handed over the same at Thrissur authorised service centre with my Warranty details at Techno Communication, Poothole Thrissur. They asked for a time span of 7 days and now its fifteen days and phone is not ready. They told me that the board of the phone is to be changed and when they indented for one, the piece that came to them was damaged hence they have again indented.
