I have bought Motorola headphone Pulse 2 from flipkart on 14-jan-2018, and it is having one year warranty , and from some days the headphone is not working properly so for this concern I have firstly concern query to flipkart care they told me to take Motorola care help so I talked with Motorola service center at Bhopal they told that we only give service to Motorola phone and there accessories so I have mailed a mail to support[@]motorolahome.com so they told to mail the query to assist[@]benetonetelecome.in so I have mailed to this email id but till 2 days I haven’t got any reply from there so again I took support from Motorola support site with chat option support.motorola.com and talked with them for three days but they also told that we only provide service to mobile and accessories and given contact no. and one email id to make contact and you will get help from there so I have called that no buy didn’t get any response they even not receiving call, so I have mailed query on the email provided by support.motorola.com , mxxxxj.kxxxxxx5@gmail.com, but it s now more than 48 hours I haven’t received any reply from that side , so once again I tried to contact support.motorola.com and told the situation that I am not getting any response from there side so if they may help for the query so they told sorry we can’t help now we only provide service mobiles, this is almost 75% of the problem faced by me , if there is any possibilities of getting solution to this problem I will be very helpful for that.
