I have bought a motorola mobile phone ( moto g5s plus) from a local market on 17th january 2018 of my city. After 2 days I was shocked to see that my mobile phone’s lcd upper panel has a small gap and for that dust has already entered on that area…Then i went to the local store they said me that phone had to sent to the service centre..Then i called motorola customer support and mailed them they told me to sent the snap shot if that affected area and as they said I sent the snap shot of that area along with the invoice copy of my phone…But after that they didn’t reply me so today I have contacted them via their customer toll free number and they have also told me to go service centre..But why I have to go to service centre for a new mobile which is 10 days old only? They have to give me a replacement…Why have i been suffered for their fault? I am sending the snapshot of that affected area

I am facing a major issue with moto G5s plus. The problem started with charging my phone whenever i connected charger to my phone it instanly shows 99% charging. Then i couldnt start my phone. Then i visited your service centre after 18 days of this as there is no service centre in the area where i am studying.
Service centre rejected my phone for repair service after diagosing it as they said it has liquid damage issue.
In addition to that i didnt get back my phone in the same condition in which i had submiited. They couldnt show me any liquid drops on my phone.
My battery is swelling and my phone is getting thicker day by day.
