Recently MTS was taken over by RCOM. However afterwards, no communication was possible with customer care. A message was recieved to change to RCOM before November 30. However since i wanted to disconiue the connection, No action was taken. A RCOM bill was recieved on 28th novemeber eventhough no action was taken by me to changeover from MTS to RCOM. Anyways now i want to discontinue the number. However the customer care number given in the bill is not active. Communication is not possible with neither MTS nor RCOM. I need to disconnect as soon as possible so that no more bills are recieved from MTS/RCOM. Kindly help.
