We had booked our honeymoon package to Nainital, Jim Corbett and Kausani for 4 Nights and 5 Days last year from Fly India trip, dated 3 May to 7 May,2021 in Rs. 38,000. But, because of corona wave, we postponed the trip as per company policy . We already gave 19,000 advance to them that time only.
Now, we again tried to re schedule the same locations trip from 21 June to 25 June,22. But, the travel agency has increased the trip price to Rs. 62,000. We asked them to change the locations also and make the trip within our budget. But, they are not giving any trip plan less than Rs. 60,000. Finally after a long discussion, they agreed upto Rs. 59,000. But, this is also too much costly. We can book the same resorts and services in way less price online upto Rs. 45, 000. There is a huge difference in their and online prices. They are looting us. They are even not sending us the itinerary with updated costs. We are approaching them in a regular way via email and calls since last 3 days. But, no itinerary from hem.
We don’ want to cancel it but we don’t have any choice now. The travel agents are talking to us rudely and said that we can do whatever we can. We finally decided to approach the consumer forum.
