Complaint regarding new hathway connection

I took hathway internet connection on 30th of may 2017 and i was said my connection will be installed by 2nd of june. the authorized person for collecting arrived at my place within an hour but connection or the wifi router never came. even when i am calling them they are disconnecting my calls and the office number in this given is just useless. i paid 1690 for my new connection. i would like to get my money back as now i dont need any conmection from them.

    Hi,
    I took Hathway connection on 5th June and I was told that within 48 hours the entire process, starting from Cabling to Activation will be completed. The executive didn’t delay a bit when he had to come and collect the money. But now, when I make calls, he is either making false promises or not receiving the calls at all. He is also faking innocence saying that he was of an idea that the cabling has been already done.
    This is a total unprofessional behavior by this person. I paid, 3490 for 3 months connection.
    I would request the authority to kindly look into this. Such behavior isn’t expected at all.
    Either the entire process gets completed by today(8/6/2017) or I want to get a refund of it.
