I bought an AC on July 7, from Divya Electronics, Nadaun of Samsung company at a price of Rs.39000 + Card swiping charges Rs.750 + installation charges of Rs.1500 + Rs.500 for transportation.
However after just a week refrigerant leaked out and it stopped cooling. I raised a complaint. Engineers visited 3 times and refilled the gas but it still leaked out.
After 20 days of complain they are offered me store coupon of Rs.39,000 and told me to buy another AC for which I have to pay above mentioned charges again.
I told them I don’t want such coupon and want my money back. It’s been 10 days after refund request.
Store is doing nothing regarding this and neither the Samsung customer care. Now I am just sitting here with a very expensive fan at home.
Kindly intervene and help resolve the matter.
